We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make reservations or use our Services independently. Minors may visit our restaurant when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for their compliance with these Terms.

3. Reservations and Cancellations
3.1 Making Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, phone, or authorized third-party platforms. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Promt Cafe.
3.2 Reservation Requirements
- You must provide accurate contact information when making a reservation
- You must specify any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking
- Large party reservations (6 or more guests) may require a deposit or credit card guarantee
3.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee of $50 per person
- No-shows will be charged the full cancellation fee
- For special events or private dining, different cancellation policies may apply
3.4 Modifications
Changes to your reservation (date, time, party size) should be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
4. AI Sommelier and Personalized Menus
4.1 How It Works
Our AI Sommelier system creates personalized menu recommendations based on information you provide about your dietary preferences, restrictions, allergies, flavor preferences, and dining goals. The system uses machine learning algorithms to optimize your culinary experience.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
IMPORTANT: The accuracy and safety of your personalized menu depend on the information you provide. You must:
- Accurately disclose all food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Update your profile if your dietary needs change
- Inform your server of any allergies or restrictions before ordering
4.3 No Medical Advice
Disclaimer: Our AI Sommelier system provides culinary recommendations only and does not constitute medical, nutritional, or health advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding dietary decisions related to medical conditions.
4.4 Allergen Information
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely free from allergens. Cross-contamination may occur. If you have severe allergies, please inform your server and discuss your needs in detail.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our restaurant. Payment is due at the time of service.
5.2 Pricing

- Your use or inability to use our Services
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content or recommendations

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Promt Cafe in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Warranty Disclaimer
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we strive to provide accurate personalized recommendations, we do not warrant that:
- Our Services will meet all your expectations
- The AI Sommelier will always provide perfect recommendations
- Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- All allergens can be completely avoided in our kitchen
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Promt Cafe regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
